A man in Armenia undertakes an extraordinary feat of endurance by doing two-finger push-ups with a 50kg weight on his back.
After setting up the camera, he has a friend place the weight on his back, managing five reps.
" I don't recommend it without good preparation," he wrote." At first, you need to firmly strengthen the joints of the fingers with low weights."
"If you aren't professionals in this business, it is possible to bring [about] serious injuries," he added.
