A video released by the U.S. Forest Service shows a wildfire in southern Arizona started when an off-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent shot at a target to reveal a baby's gender in 2017. The Sawmill fire burned nearly 47,000 acres near Tucson and caused more than $8m in damage and firefighter costs.
