Trump Defends Use Of Tear Gas On Caravan Migrants, Call Them 'Grabbers'

President Donald Trump referred to migrants on the well-established caravan who rushed the San Ysidro, Calif., point of entry on Nov. 25 with children as human shields as "grabbers."
