Bodycam Footage Shows Woman Drop Baby on Highway While Fleeing Police

The body camera from a sheriff's deputy in Florida shows a 23-year-old woman fleeing and dropping an infant. Kayla Morgan has since been charged with aggravated child abuse and resisting arrest.
