According to Reuters, Los Angeles prosecutors declined to file felony domestic abuse charges against Michael Avenatti.
The high-profile lawyer representing adult film star Stormy Daniels was arrested on Nov. 14th in Culver City, California.
But Avenatti was arrested on the suspicion of domestic violence, which is partially why felony charges won't be filed.
