Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s health has deteriorated so much that he can neither sit nor stand, said party MLA Rekha Devi after meeting him at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) hospital in Ranchi.
