Saudi Arabia turns over OFWs arrested in Halloween party raid

Saudi Arabia has turned over to the Philippine ambassador the 19 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) arrested during a Halloween party in Riyadh, said the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
