Reuters reports that at least four people were killed in an active shooting incident at a Pittsburgh synagogue on Saturday. 12 were shot and three officers injured responding to the violence.
An emergency responder said on local television station KDKA, “There are fatalities." The conditions of the officers were not immediately known.
KDKA said a “bearded heavy-set white male” was in custody. The network added that responding officers “received fire.
