Unusual sight as NASA spots nearly perfect rectangular iceberg

NASA recorded a “sharp-angled, rectangular iceberg” while flying over the Larsen C ice shelf, in the northern Antarctic Peninsula, on Oct. 16. The iceberg's sharp angles and flat surface indicate that it probably recently calved from the ice shelf.
