Scotland's minister responsible for Brexit has told Business Insider, a no deal Brexit is now the most likely outcome of Theresa May's negotiations with Brussels.
Michael Russell, Scotland's Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitutional Relations, "The issue now is how we avoid a no deal Brexit, but it does appear to be the most likely outcome." Russell's ministerial brief includes Scotland's Brexit preparations.
