Georgia Tech quarterback Tobias Oliver stepped up in a big way for the Jackets Thursday night against Virginia Tech. The redshirt freshman started the game for TaQuon Marshall and racked up 215 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns in a 49-28 Georgia Tech win.
