Microplastics Found In Humans In 'First Study Of Its Kind'

Researchers with the Environment Agency Austria and the Medical University of Vienna have, in a “first study of its kind,” found that microplastics make their way into the human gut and possibly the bloodstream, liver, and lymphatic system.
