Sen. Ted Cruz's tried to keep up to date with the latest tool used in politics on 19 October, Facebook Live. Unfortunately for him there was some technical mishaps from his end of the recording, as the camera turned sideways, Cruz's staffer fumbled with the phone, and even accidentally flipped the camera to herself for a moment. Cruz is running in a tight Senate race against Democrat Beto O'Rourke, who commonly uses Facebook Live to stream town hall meetings and update his base.
