Lyft Offers Monthly Subscription
Service for $299 The ride-hailing company’s “All-Access Plan” is now available in the U.S. The plan aims to help riders save money if they regularly use the service. For $299 per month users get 30 trips worth up to $15 each. Any trips that cost more than the
$15 limit will be paid by the rider with a
5% discount. Lyft hopes consumers will see the plan as less expensive than owning and servicing a car. They claim subscribers can save
up to 59% a month. One big conflict is that riders are at the mercy of available cars in their area. The plan may be more of a benefit to those living in major urban areas. If your rides usually cost between $10 to $15, this plan may be for you.
