A deep depression over the Bay of Bengal has intensified into a cyclonic storm ‘Titli’ and is likely to hit the state of Odisha. Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar issued heavy rainfall warning for next three days in the state of Odisha in the light of cyclonic storm.
