The Syariah High Court in Kuala Terengganu on Wednesday sentenced a 45-year-old woman to four strokes of the cane and to undergo rehabilitation after she pleaded guilty to a prostitution charge. The divorcee will be the third to be caned in the state after two women were whipped six times each in September for attempting to have lesbian sex.
