At least 14 people were killed and more than 150 were injured after an earthquake hit Haiti on Oct. 6. Makeshift hospital has been set up in Port-de-Paix as rescue agencies fan out to help residents, many of whom were still dealing with the trauma of a devastating earthquake in 2010.
