A snake rescuer diligently removed a deadly king cobra that had become stuck in a plastic drinks pallet in India.
Mirza Mohd Arif was called to a village in Bhadrak state, Orrisda, when a shopkeeper found the deadly serpent entangled in a pallet used to carry bottles of Pepsi.
Arif set about carefully and calmly cutting away the plastic pallet, seemingly unfazed by the snake's venomous bite.
After a few minutes of work, the snake was released unharmed and returned to a nearby forest.
The incident was captured on September 15.
