Three Million Urged To Evacuate As Typhoon Trami Batters Mainland Japan

Typhoon Tram has hit mainland Japan bringing heavy rains and winds of up to 115—the equivalent of a Category 2 hurricane. At least 53 people were injured by Trami as it barreled through Okinawa and Kagoshima Prefectures on September 29.
