During his policy speech at the opening of the Umno general assembly on Saturday night, Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he is committed to make Umno a party that is free from corruption. He said the party will give more power to its disciplinary board which will also be more independent compared to the past.
