According to Reuters, Democratic Senator Jon Tester, who had been considered a potential swing vote for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, said on Friday he would oppose the nomination. Tester cited a number of concerns, including the sexual assault allegations facing Kavanaugh.
