Seafood Processor Accused of Labeling Foreign Crabs as Atlantic Blue Faces 5 Years in Prison

James R. Casey, owner and president of Casey's Seafood in Newport News, Virginia, pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court after falsely labeling foreign blue crab as "Product of USA".
