Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of Five-Year-Old Girl Abused, Murdered by Mother, Her Girlfriend

The estate of Ta`Naejah McCloud, a girl murdered by her mother and her girlfriend, is suing Cuyahoga County`s Department of Children and Family Services.
