The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul were hit by flash flooding on Thursday, September 20, following a thunderstorm in Minnesota.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in Minneapolis-Saint Paul on Thursday night. A severe thunderstorm warning was also issued for other parts of Minnesota.
