The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul were hit by flash flooding on Thursday, September 20, following heavy thunderstorm in Minnesota.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in Minneapolis-Saint Paul at about 9pm on Thursday.
A severe thunderstorm warning was also issued in the Twin Cities, and other parts of Minnesota.
