Now, it's not just journalists who are present at the press center in Dongdaemun.
There are plenty of people there on the sidelines... who just want to see the latest developments unfolding in Pyeongyang.
Our Kim Da-mi went around the venue and spoke to a few of them... about what they think about the latest summit.
"As a pianist who is performing at the DDP where the press center is, I think the place is full of people and the atmosphere is very lively. Considering that this inter-Korean summit came shortly after the previous one, I’m excited for better results from this summit."
"Well, I have high hopes for the Moon administration… we need to support the Moon administration and the media also needs to report well on the plans the Moon administration has. Also, our citizens might all have different opinions but we need to watch the results by supporting together."
"I know this is the 3rd inter-Korean summit, but I don’t expect unification right away. It's important to go forward step-by-step together with the people as well… I’m thinking there could be another summit in the winter… with the two leaders meeting wearing down jackets."
"I think South Korea is doing a really good job trying to mend the wound to make peace with North Korea, so I think we’re going in the right direction, but I’m bit concerned about people like Trump and America, but I think it’s good to be positive I think we’re going the right direction."
"I think holding three summits in one year is not an easy task, especially considering the geopolitical situation on the Korean peninsula. I hope the most discussed topics during the summit will be political and economical issues."
"I am not the only one expecting good results. Everyone else does, too. Our longing for unification shall serve as the key to bring our people together."
