Man Who Opened Fire Outside Ice Cube Concert in San Diego Arraigned from Hospital Bed

A man who allegedly fired shots into the air upon learning an Ice Cube concert was sold out, then was shot by a deputy, pleaded not guilty to felony weapons charges on Monday.
