This is one heavy load for a mother wolf spider in Queensland, Australia.
Bug enthusiast Lisa recorded this incredible footage of the spider carrying hundreds of newly hatched babies on her back.
“The last wolf spider mama I posted, if you remember, had very few babies on her compared to this newly hatched bunch. And although I’d love to keep her and document this further, I don’t feel I have an enclosure suitable at the moment to accommodate them comfortably.
