This is from our visit to Giant Bicycles' Taichung (Taiwan) factory and world headquarters. First part shows wheels being tensioned after being hand laced. From here, they go on to be trued and wrapped with tubes and tires.
Meanwhile, workers wrap handlebars faster than any shop rat we've ever seen. It all comes together on their assembly line where a complete bike is built every 31 seconds.
