'Worst is yet to come' - Storm Florence weakens but floods still threaten East Coast

Flash floods and strong winds caused by storm Florence have battered cities on the US east coast. Structures have been toppled and cars have been left overturned or trapped in floods as heavy rain and wind keep pounding the coastal towns.
