Hurricane Florence Batters North Carolina Pier

A pier in Rodanthe, North Carolina, took a beating on September 13, when Hurricane Florence hit the eastern coast of the United States.

The National Weather Service warned of “life-threatening” flash flooding and storm surges continuing into Friday, September 14.
