Fans were forcibly removed by security from the Dua Lipa concert in Shanghai, China, on September 12, prompting an emotional response from the singer.
Wenjing Jiang shared footage of fans and security guards clashing in the middle of the crowd inside the National Exhibition and Convention Center as Dua Lipa was performing. “Fans and securities had a fight … I felt Dua’s singing was affected,” Jiang posted.
Lipa reportedly addressed the scuffles during her performance. She later issued a statement on Twitter. “I was horrified by what happened and I send love to all my fans involved,” she said. Credit: Wenjing Jiang via Storyful
