Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Cashew powder
Gulkand

Method:-
Heat a vessel, add sugar, water, and make one string consistency syrup.
Add cashew powder, mix well, switch off the gas and spread it on the sides of the vessel.
Scrape out the mixture and make a dough of it.
Make 3 portions of the dough and roll it on a butter paper.
Apply the gulkand on it, roll another dough on it and cover the sides.
Apply gulkand on top and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.
Sprinkle some cashews on it and roll it.
Cut the disc into pieces and place it on a tray.
OUr Gulkand Kaju Katli is ready.
