Historic community hammered by hurricanes braces yet again

Princeville, North Carolina is believed to be the oldest town chartered by freed slaves. The community survived numerous floods, the Jim Crow era and Hurricanes Floyd and Matthew. Residents are now watching Florence and fearing the worst.
