Protesters gathered in Kothen, east Germany on Sunday, September 9, after a 22-year-old German died following a fight.
Police have arrested two Afghan men over the man’s death on Satuday, September 8, German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle reported. Police said they were held on suspicion of aggravated battery and causing bodily harm resulting in death, the report said. A police spokesman said the victim died of heart failure that was “not directly caused by the injuries suffered”.
