Journalist Bob Woodward has written a new book, “Fear: Trump in the White House.” In the book, Woodward reveals that Trump wanted to have the Syrian President killed. Yet Trump’s defense secretary ignored the request to assassinate Bashar al-Assad. Through interviews with top aides, Woodward shows how some orders were disregarded. According to Reuters, Woodward’s book is set to be released on September 11 of this year.
