Pensioners in Caracas queue at banks trying to obtain cash

Pensioners queue for hours outside banks in Venezuela to try to withdraw cash, which is scarce in spite of the circulation of new bills. Pensioners only receive 90 bolivars each, an equivalent to 1,5 dollars at the official exchange rate, a little over the price of a tuna can of 140 grams, as the banks restrict the distribution of cash due to the limited supply in the country.
