The extent of flooding in a city in southern China is laid bare in this shocking drone footage.
In the video, buildings and trees are submerged in two-metre-deep floodwaters in Shantou city, Guangdong Province, last Saturday.
Nearly nine million people have been affected, with 823,000 citizens being moved to safe areas.
