पेट्रोल - डीजल के बढ़ते दामों को लेकर धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने बड़ा बयान दिया है, उन्होंने कहा है कि 'तेल उत्पादन घटने से उसकी कीमतों पर दबाव पड़ा है। वहीं दुनियाभर की मुद्राएं डॉलर के मुकाबले कमजोर हो रही हैं।' इस प्रकार यह दोनों बाहरी कारक देश में पेट्रोल-डीजल की बढ़ती कीमतों के पीछे जिम्मेदार हैं।
