Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Gram Flour
1/4 cup Semolina/Rava
Charoli
Cardamom powder
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Ghee for greasing
Almonds, chopped
Pistachios, chopped

Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel, add gram flour, stir well and keep the gas on low flame.
Add semolina, cook the gram flour on low flame and cook it until it changes color.
Add charoli, cardamom powder, mix well and add powdered sugar.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes after adding sugar.
Grease some ghee on a tray, add the gram flour mixture and garnish it with almonds and pistachios.
Keep it aside to set for 4 hours on room temperature.
