A waterspout formed near the Ting Kau bridge in Hong Kong, on August 29, as storms moved over the area, prompting the Hong Kong Observatory to issue a red rainstorm warning, the second highest in the city.
This footage shows a first person view of the waterspout, as spotted by a local driving across the bridge.
