A young horse rider decked out in high-visibility gear trotted down the street in Mansfield, England, while talking on her mobile phone in a video posted on August 18, prompting two men at a bus stop to question the legality of the act.
“You can’t drive a horse on the phone,” said Stevie J Ward in this video. “That’s three points on your license that is, I don’t care if she’s got fucking hi-vis on.”
