Colombia Anti Corruption Referendum Fails to Reach Quota

Anti-corruption campaigners in Colombia have been dealt a blow after sunday's referendum. Results from the highly anticipated ballot will have to be nullified - because not enough people took part. Paola Fernandez reports.
