The International Atomic Energy Agency says it has NOT found any indication that North Korea has halted its nuclear activities.
The UN's nuclear watchdog said in a report published this week that continued development of the North's nuclear program and related statements by the regime cause grave concern.
As IAEA inspectors are not allowed into the country,... the agency explained its knowledge on the regime's nuclear program is limited and declining.
The report will be submitted to the IAEA's board next month.
