Former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman asserted on Monday that former Communications Director Hope Hicks' good looks are what landed her a job in the Trump administration. In an interview with Hill.TV, she said, "Donald Trump hired her because she's pretty." Omarosa also stated that Hicks "doesn't give interviews because she doesn't know what's going on. She understands Trump, and she can schedule an interview...or write some notes, but that's the extent of her political career." Hicks is one of many people Omarosa discusses in her new book, "Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House." She also touches upon first daughter Ivanka Trump's reportedly "obsessive" "bemoaning" over an unflattering Saturday Night Live portrayal of her, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos allegedly insulting the intelligence of black students at Bethune-Cookman University, and first lady Melania Trump purportedly wearing the infamous "don't care" jacket to "hurt" her husband. Meanwhile, President Trump, in recent times, has had quite a bit to say about Omarosa. His Twitter comments on the topic include, "Wacky Omarosa, who got fired 3 times on the Apprentice, now got fired for the last time. She never made it, never will. She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok. People in the White House hated her. She was vicious, but not smart." "When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn't work out," Trump also tweeted. "Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!"
