Flooding caused severe traffic disruption throughout Kyiv on Saturday (August 19).
The clip shows drivers sitting on the roof of their cars stranded in the middle of a flooded road.
Shopping centres and underground stations were also affected by the flooding.
Power cuts were reported in several neighbourhoods of the city.
