With the loss of oil and gas revenue to natural disasters in the country recently, Minister for Trade, Commerce and Industry, Wera Mori, says it is about time the government refocuses on empowering the people through programs of cooperative societies and SMEs.
Minister Mori made these remarks during the launch of the Cocoa and Balsa Corporative Association in Kimbe recently.
