Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ghee
Pistachios, chopped
Almonds, chopped
Chirongi Nuts
Cashew Nuts
200 gms Vermecilli
1 ltr Milk
1 cup Condensed Milk
Raisins
Cardamom powder
Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel, fry pistachios, chirongi nuts, almonds, cashew nuts, on low flame.
Fry Vermicelli, add milk, condensed milk, and stir it nicely.
Add raisins, cardamom powder, our fried dry fruits and stir it nicely.
Add some milk to adjust the consistency, give it a boil and switch off the flame.
Our Sheer Khurma is ready to serve.
