Floodwaters Submerge Roads in Watertown, Wisconsin

Flash floods hit the town of Watertown, Wisconsin, on Friday, August 17, after heavy rains overnight.

Approximately nine inches of rain fell within 14 hours, Channel3000 reported. Firefighters rescued several motorists from their cars after the flooding, the report said.

This video shows two people kayaking past submerged cars near a Kwik Trip gas station on West Main Street.
