During the rally race at the Constalica Rallye Vouzela, driver Carlos Gomes was about to win the race when on the second pass of the penultimate special event a dog appeared on the road.
The pilot did not hesitate and locked his Ford Fiesta R5, thus losing a lot of time.
This was a decision that cost him the victory, but that made him the hero of the race.
The pilot added that "The dog was not very big, but in this life it's worth everything." If you know me, you know that I have a great admiration for animals, and if the episode were repeated today, it would do exactly the same thing.
The moment everything happened was recorded by the people who attended the test and then shared in the social networks.
